Yes, this is from the Disney movie A Goofy Movie. Don't hate! My favorite parts of the movie were the ones where this singer's music was incorporated (he was the character Powerline). Even when I was little, I LOVED this guy's voice. He's soooooo good, and the song is pretty catchy.
