My mother has been eager to get her hands on music by this musical collaboration group ever since it came out, and for this year’s Mother’s Day I gave her their album The Goat Rodeo Sessions. This is the first track on the album and it especially appealed to me because of its Celtic stylings. The only member of the group I was already familiar with was, of course, the legendary cellist Yo Yo Ma, but the selling point of this group is that they combine elements of different genres including bluegrass and classical.
